REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Once your refund request and your return have received in our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days. ND Products will not be responsible for loss or damage of return
shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding shipping charges and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
- All returned products must be undamaged, unstained, not tampered with or altered, and in original product packaging with all parts.

- On the receipt of your replacement or cancellation request, we will provide you with the return address.
