They clean so well I am satisfied. I have given my doctor a good review on the general scope of this invention. No pain nor discomfort. They are soft yet firm inside the ear and clean well.

This is my second time buying these ear wax cleaners. I’m sold on these.

Easy and safe to use for my teenager, and at a relatively decent price. They’re a pain to clean though and wish they had more pieces in this set so you don’t have to reorder so soon. My daughter is a fan and gives this a thumbs up!

This product is the best at getting earwax out of your ear that you can’t get to with a towel, q tips, or keys.

I have bad allergies and cannot really take allergy meds so ear wax sometimes is an issue. Because of these I can easily clean out my ears very quick and get back to feeling normal again!! Highly recommend!!

I used to clean my ears with cotton swabs. The swabs never had enough cotton on them and would always hurt my ear. This Smart Swab is easy to use. It has a plastic handle and a soft silicone tip. The handle even has arrows showing which direction to turn the handle inside your ear. This package comes with 16 replacement tips.The silicone tips are disposable, but I think you can rinse them off with soapy water to make them last longer. This set also comes in a plastic storage box.

I get earaches from Qtips and these have helped. They easily scrap out the ears and tops can be reused. You could use this one kit for years. Top sometimes pops off but easily fastens back on. It does not damage the eardrum or push wax back into the ear.

I have tried many different ear cleaner after I my doctor cautioned to not use Q-tips, but they were either more dangerous as they could go too far into the ear or irrigation system that were too messy and uncomfortable. My wife and I both had great experience with Smart Swab as it not only safe
And doesn’t reach the ear drum but also does the job with only a twist easy and mess free. We are going to recommend it to our family and friends

I love the way it massages my ears while having peace of mind that it doesn’t go too far preventing accidental injuries. Also the spiral doesn’t push earwax deeper like Qtip does, it exfoliates. I think I finally found what is safe for ear cleaning. Just keep in mind to not clean ears more than once or twice a week as maintaining minimum earwax is good for your ear protection.

Great product with an interesting safety future that didn’t let me go too deep in ear drum. I think many don’t know they should not reach that vulnerable area. I also like the way its spiral exfoliates wax and particles outward opposed to other kind of ear tools that push wax deeper causing block in the ear. 

I have always been told not to use Qtip, on the other hand, I hate pouring liquids to wash inside ears. it is disgusting. So, this new tool was exactly what I needed. It quickly got the job done and mess-free. My husband and I also loved the safety feature that prevents accidental puncture to the eardrum

I have purchased most of the ear cleaners on the market, some of them are too rigid with a small tip that easily goes too deep into the ear drum causing a possible puncture. Some are difficult or messy to use. A friend recommended this one. It has spiral, wide base which put my mind at ease

I got these for my son, who has excessive ear wax and doesn’t want to use qtips. These work for him and he feels safer using them. I think it all just depends on the size of the ear canal. I think it’s more successful just after a shower, when the ear canal has been warmed up.

I’m a musician and sometime my ears clog up with wax and I can’t hear the monitors or use earbuds. For years I’ve been trying liquid solutions, laying on the bed upside down. This Smart Swab removed it within seconds. It doesn’t go as deep as my doctor does when he can see inside… but it pulls it out within it’s safe area and it soft and painless. Great idea that works!

I’ve never had serious issues with Q-Tips before, but I can definitely see how they could be an issue especially if you tend to get a lot of ear wax build up. But these are soooo much more comfortable to use and really easy too! I don’t get a whole lot of wax removed but I think that might be because I clean my ears daily. If you don’t you might see a whole lot more! Either way it’s definitely an improvement on the old Q-Tip and although it says to dispose of the tip after use, if you keep it clean I’m sure they can last for quite a while too which is really awesome and super economic! Couldn’t recommend more!

I was looking for a method to clean my ears, and this ear cleaner was the most simple, yet effective way to do it. It’s simple as it looks. All you gotta do is just put it in your ear, twist, and you’ll ‘screw’ the earwax out.It’s a great way to clean your ears, and I highly recommend it.

These are a pretty smart invention. The spiral tips are a soft plastic (how do they do that?) and they are small so they only go ao far. That means there is no chance for to hit the eardrum itself. You just place take tip in the ear as far as you COMFORTABLY can and rotate the handle with the tip attached. If there is excessive wax it will come on the tip. I’m impressed.

After using this product I can tell the difference vs. using a cotton swab. It doesn’t feel like you’re pushing in the wax, instead it safely removes the earwax, and improves your hearing from the ear clog you feel when the wax builds up. I would recommend it.

I tried out the Ear-o-care and it felt really soft and comfortable in my ear. I love the handle doubling as a travel case for the additional Ear-O-Care tips. It cleans deep enough and wasn’t uncomfortable at all, just different if you’re used to q-tips. If you need one this is the most practical and safer way to clean ears that I’ve tried

This product works great and is super comfortable and satisfying to use. A way better alternative to using Q-tips!

After a little bit of convincing, my partner let me try it on him and let me tell you, we scooped up some nuggets out! This is the only way he would let me clean his ears now. I also love that it comes with 10 replaceable spiral tips. So hygienic. Love this product!

I love the product because the tips are very soft in the ear and they are well made. It has a short base so as to prevent it from going too far when cleaning your ear. I also like the caps which keeps the tips clean and sanitary. Definitely recommend getting it

I had the opportunity to evaluate the Ear-O-care product and I am happy to report that it appears to be a safe method for limiting cerumen in patients. Its technology allows for removal of moist cerumen without risking damage to the tympanic membrane.

My high schooler had to use crutches all day in a large high school with a heavy backpack. He was non weight bearing on one foot.After 1 day with normal crutches handles, his wrists and arms hurt. These were a game changer!! No wrist pain with these. Easy to install.YOU NEED THESE!!!! Wrist pain from all day crutches use disappeared!!!

Significantly more comfortable than the handles that came with the crutches

I have used crutches off and on for years. These handles are the best upgrade I have ever tried. I always put my forefinger against or around the crutch barrel for stability and these have a comfy place for that. The wider handle distributes the weight across my hand better with less pain and fatigue. I had to put a ‘L’ and ‘R ‘ on them with a sharpie because they make your crutches have a left and right and a front and back d/t the angle they sit at. Totally used to that in a week. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who is going to be on crutches for more then a few days, is less then full weight bearing, and/or will still be active.

I like the stability and sturdy firm grip when I am using my crutches.

These are life changing – my hands were so torn up and I was getting issues with my fingers due to the grip on my crutches. These handles have changed everything. My hands aren’t sore and tired and my calluses are going away. These are life changing.

Had knee surgery and had to be on crutches for an extended period of time. I have carpal tunnel in both hands so I was nervous about the stress and pressure crutches were going to do. Purchased these to hopefully help and they absolutely did. These grips provided a lot of comfort where I could be on the crutches for longer periods of time. Would absolutely recommend these.

If you ever have to spend a few weeks on crutches, These are the way to go. Puts your hand/wrist in a much more relaxed position. They’re sturdy and well worth the money.

These make being on crutches so much more bearable! I had to be on crutches four weeks prior to surgery and six weeks after surgery and just knew using crutches with those traditional handles were going to bother my wrists after time. These have helped tremendously! Highly, highly recommend!

I am a crutch user and was looking for crutch accessories to make my crutches more comfortable. I tried Ergo Grip and I think it is much more comfortable than standard crutch hand grip as it seems to prevent aggravation with excessive pressure on my wrist while bearing my weight over my hands on the crutch hand grip for walking. I feel that the combination of the wider ergonomic palm rest of Ergo Grip and the thumb rest helped me to distribute my weight on my hand more evenly and balanced with great sturdy grip. It takes more weights off the wrist so I think It also prevents overworking wrists and hands that may cause other pains while using crutches.
