If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days (excluding shipping charges).  We want all our customers to have a happy experience purchasing from us and will strive to accommodate your needs at every step of the process.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer quality guarantee on all our products. In case any manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace your defected product (Ergo Grip up to one year and Smart Swab up to 30 days).

We also would like to give you the opportunity to see and try the product and the option to return it if it’s not suited to you, however, to do this we cannot absorb the cost of freight.

Equally the ‘spirit’ of this opportunity to return the product is that it’s returned to us in good condition, the same way you’d try something on in stores and choose not to purchase it.

You are entitled to cancel your order so long as we receive a written notice within 30 days so we can get back to you with your return instruction.
